Staking Terms
- Stake Lock-up Period: 7 days to 360 days (user chooses).
- Individual Stake Amount: Minimal 10 ICP, maximum 1,000 ICP, incremental of 10 ICP.
- Total size of stake pool: 30,000 ICP. New staking will be accepted only when funds are unstaked or the stake pool limit is increased.
- Stake Award: Stakers receive rewards as follows:
- 0.015% of their staked amount daily for staking locked for up to 30 days (equivalent to an annual rate of return of 5.475%).
- 0.02% of their staked amount daily for staking locked for 31-180 days (equivalent to an annual rate of return of 7.3%).
- 0.025% of their staked amount daily for staking locked for 181-360 days (equivalent to an annual rate of return of 18.25%).
This reward is deposited daily as a play bonus into the user's game account. Stakers do not receive bonuses after the lock-up period ends. - Use of Bonus: Play bonuses can be used to play games but cannot be directly withdrawn or transferred. Bonuses do not expire.
- Unstake: After the lock-up period, stakers can withdraw their entire stake immediately.
- Early Unstake: Unstaking is blocked for the first 7 days. After that, if you unstake before the lock-up ends, a penalty calculated based on your received bonuses will be deducted from your unstaked principal. The deduction equals: 80% of bonuses received (if staked < 180 days), or 50% of bonuses received (if staked >= 180 days).
Use of Fund
For cash management purposes, a dynamic portion of the staking pool will be
staked in native ICP staking (with lock-up periods ranging from 6 months to
1 year) to offset reward payouts. The remainder will be kept in the Super
Win Jackpot as a reserve for winnings payments.
Sustainability and Revenue Model
The Stake and Play model is designed for long-term sustainability. The daily
staking reward, distributed as a play bonus, encourages recurring user
engagement. Stakers are incentivized to use their bonuses to play
games, creating a consistent user base. The growing jackpot,
fueled by staking, serves as a powerful driver for user acquisition,
exceeding the impact of the bonus rate alone.
Liquidity Measurement
Daily Increasing liquidity: Daily Liquidity Increase: 80% of
Super Win ticket revenue is added to the jackpot. This gradually replaces the
initial staked funds ("Released Staking Funds") and 10% of Super Win Ticket Revenue
is added to the progressive jackpot at the same time.
Example: If 80 ICP (600 tickets * 0.15 ICP/ticket * 80%) is deposited into
the jackpot daily, the initial 20,000 ICP stake will be fully released in
approximately 281 days. At this sales volume, the probability of the jackpot
being won in each three-day draw is approximately 0.1125% (600 tickets/draw
* 3 days/draw / 1,600,000).
Win Payments: Super Win Jackpot winners will receive their winnings
in 12 monthly installments. The jackpot will be replenished using Released Staking
Funds or, if necessary, by opening a new staking round.
Dynamic Reward Model: Super Win revenue will be closely monitored
and staking parameters (amount and reward rate) will be dynamically adjusted
after the initial stake pool of 30,000 ICP. If user participation exceeds or
underperforms our projections, we may reduce the total staking amount or adjust
the reward rate to maintain a healthy balance between user rewards and platform
sustainability.
Transparency and Security:
Public Staking Canister:
All staking transactions will be processed by an independent canister with a
public address on the Internet Computer (IC) public ledger. This provides full
transparency for staking, unstaking, transfers to the jackpot address, and native
ICP neuron staking.
Public Jackpot Ledger:
The Super Win jackpot balance and all transactions (ticket purchases, winnings
payments, and staking fund transfers) will be publicly viewable on the IC ledger
with a single, dedicated address.
FAQ
1. Will the fund pool canister be managed or overseen by an SNS DAO?
Not at this time. Integrating the staking mechanism with an SNS
DAO without token issuance would introduce unnecessary complexity.
Because the staking fund is fully public on the IC, maintaining
canister execution rights with the operational team allows for
more efficient cash flow management.
2. Beyond ICP, are there plans to introduce staking pools for other tokens？
We are currently piloting our staking mechanism with ICP to
validate its sustainability and establish a reliable return rate.
Following a successful pilot, we plan to expand our offerings to
include staking pools for other tokens, specifically USDT as a
stablecoin. This expansion will allow
us to diversify our user base and provide additional options for
participation within our ecosystem.
3. Could you please explain in detail how you implement and control the randomness for the game draws?
For our Instant Win lotteries, we utilize fixed win rates and
winning number sets. The randomness for each draw is sourced from
the Internet Computer's on-chain randomness generator, which
generates a cryptographically secure 32-byte random seed. Using
this seed as input, we employ a Cryptographically Secure
Pseudo-Random Number Generator (CSPRNG) to derive the
predetermined winning numbers for each Instant Win draw. Each
user's Instant Win draw utilizes a newly generated seed in
real-time, further enhancing the integrity of the randomness.
